Erection of all concrete bases for wind turbines and mett mast on the new Clyde wind farm development at Crawford.

"I would just like to thank you on behalf of Hanson Contracting for all your hard work at Clyde wind farm, this project as you know is the largest on shore wind farm in Europe comprising of 69 turbines with all associated ground works including - concreting, drainage, steel fixing and duct work that you have been involved with.

The concrete works that you have carried out at Clyde has been very successful with a very high standard of concrete finishing, and your joiners that fabricated the shutters has made a big impact on progress and programme enabling Hanson’s to keep up with our clients demanding programme.

When you where requested to carry out some night shifts; your self and your operatives got on with the works with again very high standards and completing the task well within the time scale set.

All the different tasks you have under taken at Clyde have been carried out safely and professionally with good detail to method statements and risk assessments. All operations involving excavations have always been accompanied by the correct paper work and relevant permits in place.
